Who We Are

WILD is a Human + AI learning experience for marketing and tourism professionals, created by Unpredator LLC and delivered in partnership with Making.pt. The platform is accessible at thewildportugal.unpredator.com.

What We Collect

• Account information — Your name and email address, provided either directly or through Google sign-in.
• Voice recordings — If you complete The Ear (our AI voice interview) or The Seed (your personal challenge recording), your voice is recorded and stored. The Ear recording is processed to generate a structured profile summary. The Seed recording is sealed and stored until it unlocks 90 days after the live session.
• Quiz responses — Your answers to The Map diagnostic quiz, including scores across five categories.
• Written responses — Any text you submit through the platform, including your Your Way marketing plan, The Pact commitment, and any messages exchanged with AI experiences (The Oracle, The Mentor).
• Brand audit data — If you submit a website URL or Instagram handle for Brand in the Wild, we analyze publicly available information from those sources to generate your report.

How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

• Deliver and personalize your WILD experience
• Generate AI-powered analyses, scorecards, and recommendations
• Track your progress across pre-workshop, live, and post-workshop phases
• Improve our platform and develop new features
• Communicate with you about your account and the experience

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

AI & Third-Party Services

Your data may be processed by the following AI services to deliver platform functionality:

• Anthropic (Claude API): Powers conversational AI experiences (The Oracle, The Mentor, Ghost Mode) and generates analyses.
• ElevenLabs: Powers voice-based interactions in The Ear and The Seed experiences.

These services process data as needed to provide their functionality. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We use Supabase for database and authentication services, with data hosted in secure cloud infrastructure.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Who Can Access Your Data

Your data is accessible only to you and to WILD platform administrators (Unpredator LLC team members) for the purposes of delivering and improving the experience.

We do not share your personal data with other participants or third parties, except as described in the AI & Third-Party Services section above.

Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for research and to improve the platform.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the WILD experience. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
