Who These Terms Apply To

These terms govern your use of the WILD platform at thewildportugal.unpredator.com, operated by Unpredator LLC in partnership with Making.pt. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

What You're Signing Up For

WILD is a 4-week Human + AI learning experience for marketing and tourism professionals. It includes AI-powered pre-workshop experiences, a 4-hour live session with Alvaro Meléndez, and post-workshop follow-up experiences.

Free account

Creating an account gives you access to The Ear (AI voice interview) and The Map (diagnostic quiz) at no cost.

Paid access

The full WILD experience requires a paid ticket. Prices and tiers are presented at checkout. Paid access includes all pre-workshop experiences, the live session, and post-workshop experiences for 6 months from the live session date.

Premium access

The WILD Premium tier includes everything above plus The Fireside, a private 1-on-1 strategy session with Alvaro Meléndez, to be scheduled within 30 days of the live session.

The Live Session

The live session is scheduled for May 12, 2026 at 09:00 AM (Lisbon time), and delivered online via Zoom. The access link will be communicated to registered participants in advance.

The live session is delivered once per cohort. If you are unable to attend, we do not offer rescheduling for individual participants. A recording may be made available at our discretion.

Payments and Refunds

Payment is required to access the full WILD experience. All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

Refund policy

You may request a full refund up to 14 days before the live session date. After that point, no refunds are issued. To request a refund, contact wild@unpredator.com.

Early bird pricing

Early bird pricing is available until April 16, 2026. After this date, standard pricing applies. Early bird pricing cannot be applied retroactively.

Your Content

When you submit voice recordings, written responses, quiz answers, or any other content through the platform, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting it, you grant Unpredator a limited license to process and store it for the purpose of delivering the WILD experience.

Your content may be processed by third-party AI services as part of the WILD experience. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Aggregate, anonymized data from participant responses may be used by Alvaro during the live session to create a cohort-specific experience. No individual participant is identified in this context without explicit consent.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance.
